I cannot speak highly enough of our stay at this hotel. the dining options nearby were abundant and of top quality - we especially enjoyed the authentic Italian cuisine at La Tagliata Fitzrovia and the cozy atmosphere at Broski Lounge. the availability of a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to pack lighter and stay fresh throughout our trip. the attention to detail in providing free toiletries and well-equipped kitchen utensils further exceeded our expectations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. the impeccable service from the staff, especially Willian who went above and beyond to assist us during a challenging check-in situation, truly made our stay remarkable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking for a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and exceptional service.
